Accessing, browsing, or using the Platform implies Buyers' acceptance of these Terms of Use and Exotic Dry Drnks Retail LLP's policies (including the Privacy Policy). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
All commercial terms, including price, shipping costs, payment methods, delivery details, are solely agreed upon between Buyers and Sellers. DRY DRNKS neither controls, determines, nor influences these terms.
A Buyer's order on the Platform is an offer to purchase products from the Seller and does not imply the Seller's acceptance. The order will not be processed unless the payment is credited to the designated account. The Seller has the right to alter the delivery schedule with prior intimation to the Buyers. The Seller may cancel the order at its discretion, notifying the Buyer via email or SMS.
The order has to be made on or before 11.00 AM to deliver on the same day. Any orders post 11.00 AM will be delivered on the following day.
If any particular product is not available at the time of despatch then that particular product will not be delivered to the Buyer and the ordered amount will be credited to the Buyer's account. Also, the Seller has the discretion to cancel any order due to non-availability or otherwise and the payment made for a cancelled order will not be refunded but the same would be credited to the Buyer's account.
Seller makes no warranties regarding the quality, value, or saleability of products sold or purchased on the Platform and does not endorse any transactions. It is not liable for errors, omissions, non-performance, or breaches of contracts between Buyers and Sellers.
Seller does not possess, own, or claim any rights over products offered to Buyers on the Platform. It holds no title, interest, obligations, or liabilities regarding contracts between Buyers and Sellers. Seller is not responsible for delays, or issues arising from out-of-stock or unavailability of the product.
Seller does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or error-free nature of product descriptions or other content on the Platform and assumes no liability.
Access to Content and ordering depends on applicable laws, agreements between the Seller and Content Owners or Platform Partners, Buyers' location, internet/data connectivity, and system compatibility. Not all orders are available to all users, and availability may vary by location, time, and device. By using the Platform, the Buyer acknowledges doing so at his own risk and agrees to comply with all applicable laws, including local laws. Service quality and accessibility depends on factors like device specifications, internet speed, and bandwidth.
Seller is not liable for the unavailability of the Platform or Services due to events beyond its control, including Acts of God, war, disease, riots, strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, satellite failure, utility failures, or failures by Platform Partners, if any.
Buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller, its officers, directors, agents, and employees against claims, demands, penalties, or actions (including lawyer's fees) arising from Buyer's breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy, other Policies, laws, or third-party rights, including intellectual property violations, if applicable.
Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Bangalore.
