Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time:

  • Products are shipped via reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • Standard delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges may vary based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before the order confirmation.

Order Tracking:

  • Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with the Buyer via email or SMS for real-time order tracking.

Delivery Terms:

  • The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to the Buyer’s unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries:

  • If the package is received in a damaged condition or contains incorrect products, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 12 hours of delivery by contacting customer support.
  • Supporting evidence, such as photos of the damaged package or incorrect product, may be required to process the claim.

Return Shipping:

  • If a return request is approved, the Buyer is responsible for securely packaging the product in its original condition and handing it over to the logistics partner arranged by the Seller.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, the Seller ships only within India. Any international shipping requests will be evaluated case by case.
